  Poor rolling bearing assembly quality. For example, the tightness between the inner sleeve and the shaft is insufficient, and the gap between the outer sleeve and the bearing seat is too large or too small. Poor bearing quality. Poor quality of sliding bearing scraping, poor contact between the babbitt and the shaft, or peeling; cracks, fragmentation, or peeling on the surface of the rolling element of the rolling bearing.

  These will damage the stability and uniformity of the oil film, causing the bearing to heat up. The sealing felt is too tight and generates heat. Excessive bearing vibration and impact load seriously affect the stability of the lubricating oil film.
