Characteristics of Direct Negative Pressure Fans

1. Uses imported advanced technology to produce IP55, F-class insulation aluminum shell fan motors. Features a long lifespan, smooth operation, low noise, and includes under-voltage and overload protection.
2. Employs 500-year non-decomposing FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) for the fan housing material. This offers acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, no rust, and a long service life, while also reducing resonance that can occur with the use of multiple metal materials.
3. Based on fluid dynamics (airflow principles), uses CAD/CAM optimized design and manufacturing to produce blades with reasonable angles, airflow, and noise levels. Die-cast aluminum is used for the blade material, ensuring no aging or deformation, with a matched motor of only 0.75KW.
4. Uses the principle of smooth airflow to design and manufacture pneumatic louvers that require no electricity, automatically switch, and are rainproof. Acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant plastic steel blades have also been developed specifically for the electroplating industry.
5. The motor of the negative pressure horn fan can operate in harsh environments, has a long service life, and is most suitable for negative pressure exhaust fans.
6. Beltless --- eliminating maintenance worries.
