Efficient Design
Compressor parallel design:
When a single compressor is operating, the heat transfer areas of both the air-side and water-side heat exchangers are fully utilized, effectively enhancing unit performance, particularly under part-load conditions.
Dual-refrigerant system with independent air duct design:
Within a single module, two independent refrigerant systems enable fully independent operation, reducing fan power consumption under partial-load conditions and delivering superior performance.
Cross-flow water-side heat exchanger:

Cross-flow heat exchange occurs on both the water side and the two refrigerant sides, with the water flow between any two plates simultaneously in contact with both refrigerant streams. This ensures that the entire water flow is always involved in heat transfer, thereby maximizing the performance of a single unit under partial-load operation.
Multi-stage energy regulation:
A single module can achieve up to four levels of capacity modulation (0–25%–50%–75%–100%), and a single system can be configured with up to 32 units in parallel, offering a total capacity modulation range of 128 steps—approaching stepless adjustment—for higher efficiency and greater energy savings.

Compact structure :

Innovative modular unit design results in a more compact footprint; for units with the same cooling capacity, the dimensions are only 68% of those of conventional units, enabling greater flexibility in application.

Compressor balanced operation:
The XYR series units provide real-time monitoring of the operating status of each compressor, intelligently balancing and optimizing the runtime of each unit to extend the overall service life of the system.
Multi-defrost function:
     Smart Defrost
The XYR series units can accurately detect changes in system pressure and temperature under frosting conditions and intelligently select the optimal defrost timing, thereby preventing incomplete defrosting or frequent defrosting.
     Manual defrost
In addition to its intelligent defrost function, the XYR series units are also equipped with a manual defrost feature. When ambient humidity is high and thick frost accumulates, or when extremely low temperatures cause ice to form, the manual defrost function can be activated to thoroughly remove the frost or ice layer.
Defrost Upgrade:
Simultaneous defrosting and heating in a single module: An innovative defrosting design features a dual-refrigerant system in each individual module that operates completely independently, effortlessly enabling simultaneous defrosting and heating within a single module for more stable heating performance in winter. Non-stop heating during defrost: When multiple modules are interconnected, defrosting in one module does not disrupt the normal heating operation of the others; moreover, each module in the interconnected system can perform defrosting while maintaining heating, thereby ensuring more reliable overall system heating performance.

Multiple freeze protection:
Summer automatic antifreeze function:
When the return water temperature of a single unit falls below the setpoint, the unit automatically shuts down for protection; once the return water temperature rises to or exceeds the setpoint, the unit automatically resumes operation, thereby preventing the chiller water from becoming too cold in summer and causing the heat exchanger to freeze and crack.
Winter automatic freeze protection function:

    Level 1: Freeze Protection for Pump Operation

Automatically start the circulating water pump by monitoring ambient temperature and system water temperature to prevent freezing of the system;
   Level 2: Freeze Protection During Heating Operation
After the circulating water pump is started, if the set temperature has not yet been reached, the compressor automatically starts and operates in forced heating mode until the water temperature reaches the set value, at which point the unit automatically shuts down.
     Level 3: Heating Upgrade with Freeze Protection
If, after the above two-stage antifreeze protection has been activated, the water temperature still has not reached the set value, the auxiliary electric heater will automatically start and the compressor will run until the water temperature reaches the set point, at which point the unit will automatically shut down.

The low-pressure chamber is designed such that the crankcase operates in a lower-temperature zone, and the motor is cooled by low-temperature suction gas return, thereby extending its service life.
