I. Product Introduction
The Xinya DST series screw-type air-conditioning units comprise four product lines: screw-type water-cooled chillers, screw-type water-source heat pump units, screw-type air-cooled chillers, and screw-type air-cooled heat pump units.
II. Product Features
High efficiency and energy saving
The unit boasts in-house production capabilities for key components and proprietary intellectual property rights, with perfectly integrated system design and a comprehensive energy efficiency ratio of 6.0. It can be optionally equipped with the manufacturer’s patented heat recovery device, which, under air-conditioning operation, can recover more than 30% of the cooling capacity as waste heat or achieve total heat recovery. The maximum hot-water outlet temperature can reach 70°C, with no additional energy consumption for heat recovery, while overall system efficiency is improved by 5%.
Reliable operation
The unit is equipped with seven safety protection features to ensure reliable operation. It offers both single- and dual-circuit designs to meet diverse customer requirements. In a dual-circuit configuration, if one compressor fails, the other can continue to operate normally, thereby minimizing operational disruption during a fault. Prior to shipment, every unit undergoes a comprehensive 100% safety inspection series to verify that its performance and safety compliance meet company standards.
Intelligent control
The unit is equipped with microcomputer control and can be operated via a centralized management system. An optional remote management software is available to provide real-time feedback on system operating status, enabling remote service support. The control interface displays fault information directly, facilitating prompt identification and resolution of issues.
Easy installation and maintenance
The unit is pre-charged with refrigerant and lubricating oil before leaving the factory; customers need only connect the inlet and outlet water pipes and the power supply to start operation.

Screw-type water-cooled chillers are equipped with high-efficiency twin-screw compressors and paired with our factory-produced high-efficiency condensers and evaporators, as well as branded expansion valves. Application range: various large and medium-sized commercial and industrial facilities requiring air conditioning and temperature control; cooling capacity range: 70 kW to 5,000 kW.
A wide range of refrigerants is available; the unit can be configured with R22, R134a, and other refrigerants, with a chilled water outlet temperature range of 5–20°C. Power supply options include 380 V, 50 Hz, three-phase, as well as other voltage and frequency configurations. The system features a modular design for flexible configuration and combination.

Screw-type water-source heat pump units employ a twin-screw compressor, enabling both cooling and heating in a single system—effectively replacing the conventional combination of a boiler and an air-conditioning system.
While significantly reducing energy consumption, it also lowers the initial capital investment in equipment.
